Entries for Match Racing Champs are now open!
(The following details ae subject to change by amendment to the official NOR)
Teams will consist of 4 or 5 sailors weighing up to 350kg, they will include at least one male and at least one female. Teams must be entered by their Institutional Admins by 23:59 on 16th March. Upon entering an entry fee of £300 per team must be paid to BUCS, thereafter a hire fee of up to £200 must be paid to BUSA (The hirer fee will be made lower according to the number of entrants).

BUCS Match Racing Championships 2023 – Update 20 January 2023
The entry fee for BUCS Match Racing Championships 2023 has been set at £500 per team. We also expect the weight and crew limit to be 350kg with 4-5 crew. This, along with the rule about male/female crew requirements will be made official in NORs which will be released soon.
In response to the clash of event dates between the Match Racing Champs and the RYA National Team Racing Champs on 25-26th March the BUCS Match Racing Champs will now be held on 8-9th April 2023. They will be sailed in Sonars out of Island Sailing Club, Cowes and we aim to provide affordable accommodation options at UKSA (10 minute walk from the club) and run a formal prize-giving event in the club space after racing on Sunday.
