After last year’s success, The Midlands Mixer will be returning!
Our very own coached event to kick the year off.
The Midlands Mixer will be hosted at Burton Sailing Club by Loughborough University Sailing Club in collaboration with the BUSA Midlands Area on the 19th/20th October 2019.
The Saturday will be a day of top quality race training by two coaches to be announced, followed by a one dayer team racing event on the Sunday. Please see Entry Form. The event is aimed specifically towards freshers coming from a fleet racing background learning the ropes of team racing.
The price per team for the full weekend will be £250. Sunday’s one dayer can be purchased for £150 providing a rare opportunity to benefit from both coaching and umpiring in a relaxed atmosphere before the season begins in earnest.
Accommodation will be provided for both Friday and Saturday. A Loughborough infamous social will, of course, take place on both days also. More details of food and social tickets to follow.
