The Midlands Mixer 2020 will be a training event on the 7th/8th November, with two coaches available on both the Saturday and Sunday. The plan for the weekend is a full days training on the Saturday, with one coach on the water and one coach off the water. Saturday night social and curry. On the Sunday an umpired round-robin event, but with the addition of the 2 coaches, one on the water providing advice, and one off the water allowing your team to ask questions and seek clarification. We hope the event will be a fantastic learning opportunity for your budding team racers, but also with socials that aren’t to be missed.
This year the Midlands Mixer is hosted by Sheffield University Sailing Club at Pennine Sailing Club. Although there are socials planned for this event, please be aware that these and the event its self is all dependant upon social-distancing guidelines at the time due to Covid-19. We are making the effort to ensure that all planning is refundable.
