The UCL Sailing Club is made up of students from all the colleges in the University of London, as well as some ex-students from all over the country who have moved to London but don’t want to give up university sailing.
We make sure everyone gets time on the water, no matter your skill level. So, whether you are a first timer, a beginner wanting to learn to race or a competitive dinghy sailor eager to get into team racing, come along and join us for some great sailing with some great people.
Of course, there are also the fantastic socials with friendly, like-minded sailors who all like to have a good time. We run Wednesday afternoon sessions through-out the year for beginner/intermediate training. Saturday mornings is dedicated to team racing training. We also attend team racing events regularly throughout the year, culminating in the BUSA qualifiers and championships at the end of
the season.
UCL Sailing Club can also accommodate ex-students from other universities so please get in touch if you have moved to London recently and would like to continue team racing.
We sail at Welsh Harp Sailing Club located on the Welsh Harp Reservoir, North London.
