Congratulations to everyone who competed at Qualifiers last weekend.
The 2026 BUSA Annual General Meeting will be held on Google Meet at 1800 on the 20th of April 2026. As per Article 11.1, each Member Club will be entitled to two votes. Your Voters must be nominated before the beginning of the AGM. In order to register voters, please complete the attached form.
During each vote, only registered voters will be able to access the voting forms. Please note that your two nominated voters must use different email addresses in order to access the voting forms. Make sure that the email address that you enter at the AGM is the same as the one you sign up with. The meeting will be open to everyone, however in order to vote you must complete the nomination form.
Applications for the 2026/27 BUSA Committee are also open. Applications must be submitted by Google Form before 2359 on the 13th of April. Applications submitted after this date will not be valid, however roles still vacant at the AGM will be opened for co-option on the night.

As per Article 11.5 of the BUSA Constitution, any item or matters for discussion at the AGM must be submitted to the Secretary one month before the AGM. This deadline will be 2359 on Friday 20th March 2026. Please note that any motion must be proposed and seconded by members from different member clubs.
