The AGM is scheduled for 7pm on 17 April, this will be held virtually through Google Meet.
All clubs will need nominate two voting members, below is for the submission of nominated voters for the AGM (two nominated voters per member club)

As per Article 11.5 of the constitution matters for discussion must be submitted to Karen Rawson no later than 1 month before the AGM.
As the AGM is scheduled for 17 April the close of submission of matters for discussion will be 17 March.
