Next summer BUSA will be hosting the bi-annual event between the American National Sailing Team, and BUSA. Racing takes place in a variety of boats, across all sailing disciplines at different venues to give a true champion at the end. We are currently looking for clubs/venues to bid for these prestigious events.
The events need to take place during mid July to mid August 2005, and will need to integrate the four Trophy matches and various other events.
The BUSA team flew out to America last September, where they drew 2-2 and remain the current holders of the Trophy, having convincingly won 4-0 on home waters under the captaincy of Mark Campbell-James in 2001.
