I hope you're all well and enjoyed BUCS Match Racing at Ullswater - 1 down, 2 to go!
The BUSA AGM will start no earlier than 6.00pm at Chew Valley Lake Sailing Club on Tuesday 19th April 2022. It will be a hybrid AGM, held in person with a provision to join online. We encourage you to attend in person if you can! Details of the online provision will be shared once attendance is registered via the attendance form.
Each member club should have 1 representative in attendance, with a maximum of two voting members in attendance. Please confirm your intention to attend the AGM by filling out the Attendance Form by Monday the 18th April 2022.
Whilst each member club will have a maximum of 2 votes each, non-voting members are welcome and encouraged to attend the meeting in person. We'd like to have as much engagement as possible, so please encourage your club members to attend and participate in discussions.
The AGM will be where any constitutional changes are proposed and voted on, and where the new national committee will be elected. If you are interested in running for a role, please fill out the Nomination Form!
Items 5 (Financial Report) and 7 (Constitutional Amendments) will be shared on the 11th April before the AGM.
