Over 300 sailors will descend upon and this weekend in what promises to be one of the biggest student events of year. The BUSA Fleet Racing Championships will give students the opportunity to race against each other individually in Larks, Lasers, Laser 2’s, Fireflies and a Handicap Class, as well as competing for an overall Universities Team Trophy.

Defending Champions will be returning to race against new students and with forecasts predicting winds in excess of 20 knots, any tiredness caused by the social at Rendezvous is sure to be washed away quickly.

Below is the provisional entry list and important notices.

HANDICAP FLEET Notice – For those of you who have not give us the class you will be sailing in this fleet, please e-mail/call Jess Mapplebeck to confirm it before the event!

FIREFLY FLEET Notice – For those of you sailing in Club boats please be aware that we need you to have your University initials on the sail with the sail number if there is someone else with the same number [colour combinations of jibs and sails is not acceptable].  We are doing this so that the results can be easier to take, and so that there will hopefully not be the same problems as last year.  Therefore We will be expecting to see for University LU1 to LU6 [not F1-F6].  IF you have any queries about this please call Jess.
