For the 2004 BUSA sailing teams, trials have not been able to happen due to the busy team racing schedule. Due to this, it is the idea of the committee, to select the squads of the top 12 by CV. Ben Field [Men’s Captain] and H Brown [Ladies Captain], along with other BUSA committee members will select the squads. Sailors will then be chosen from this group to represent BUSA at either a national or international level. The events will depend on entries that we receive but will hopefully include the prestigious Wilson Trophy, and other high class team racing events.
If you are interested in being considered for the squads/teams then please send your CV with the subject: BUSA MENS/LADIES TEAM CV, and a brief summary of your sailing. We urge anyone who thinks they want to team race for BUSA whether it be a fresher or third year to apply, and we will look forward to receiving your applications.
