The extreme conditions forecast for the Saturday did not materialise and good racing was experienced by the 11 student teams contesting the 2022 Qualifiers for BUSA at Grafham SC on 5/6 February 2022. The weather was not so cooperative on the Sunday and no racing was possible. However, enough races were sailed on the Saturday for the event to count – subject to confirmation by BUSA.

A big thank you to Cambridge organisers, PRO Ollie Jagger, and RO Jamie Webb who, along a volunteer helper from each competing team, some additional Cambridge assistance, and the ever-faithful band of umpires, ran a very successful event. Also, thank you to Grafham Water SC for once again making their excellent facilities available for Qualifiers.
