Hugh has just started with us at BUSA as our new secretary/administrator and is excited to work with the committee and all university sailing clubs this year and beyond.
A graduate and former sailing club Commodore from the University of Edinburgh, he has had his fair share of team racing, match racing and yachting over the years. Hugh is also a RYA Senior Instructor and Race Coach and likes to work on all aspects of the sailing programme - from grassroots to performance. This role will go hand-in-hand with his current role as BUCS Administrator at the University of East Anglia.
As we welcome Hugh onto the team, we also have to say goodbye and thank you to Hannah Peters who has made so much progress over the past couple of years in the role, the standards have most certainly been set high and we will be sad to see you go.
