The 2018 Fleet Championships will be held on Saturday 10 – Sunday 11 November 2018 at Draycote Water Sailing Club and hosted by the University of Warwick Sailing Club. It is organised on behalf of BUCS by BUSA.

. NB This is provisional until confirmed by the Organising Authority (OA). There are slightly more boats entered than provided for in the NoR, but these may be accommodated. Confirmation of acceptance of entries and allocation to Fleets should be posted in the week commencing 29-10-18. Meanwhile, any correctons should be sent here. When sail numbers are confirmed, these should be reported to the OA. It is NOT intended to open Stage 2 entries. - Warwick USC created Event Facebook page - for social and accommodation information. REGISTRATION
Registration will take place on Friday 9 November 2018 between 1500hrs and 1700hrs and on Saturday 10 November 2018 between 0800hrs and 0915hrs. All competitors must attend and produce their university registration/matriculation cards to prove their student status. NUS cards WILL NOT be accepted as proof of eligibility to compete.
SAILING INSTRUCTIONS
Sailing instructions will be posted online and on the Official Notice Board prior to the event. Team captains will also receive a copy at registration.
ACCOMMODATION & SOCIAL INFO
Accommodation and Social information has been circulated to club captains and posted on the event Facebook page.
Boat Drop-Off
Please watch this video for essential information on boat drop offs.Boat drop off will be open at Draycote water SC between 11:00 and 20:00 on Friday and from 08:30 on Saturday morning. Competitors arriving after 20:00 may leave boats in the lower cark park overnight. The lower gate will be open until 21:00 to allow access to the lower car park. Competitors arriving after 21:00 are to call Ben to make arrangements.
When registering, please do not leave cars in the dinghy park – there is a car park 5 minutes walk away from the club house.

Don’t forget: Sailing Kit (A wetsuit or drysuit is required) and your buoyancy aid.
